23日上午9：50，包河区人民法院公开审理了一起开设DC罪案件。一名男子购置大量[b]Dubo机[/b]进行渔利，被公安机关查缴过一次之后，在取保候审期间仍不思悔改，再度购置大量[b]Dubo机[/b]进行渔利，终于再次站上了法庭。% J: B' o) y1 S# \
第一被告姓宗，个子不高，体格偏瘦，是从看守所过来的。第二被告张某个头较高，看起来很年轻。
. |! H7 }1 T0 k4 d/ t8 J0 F) W6 j 记者在起诉书中看到，今年6月22日至9月1日，宗某在马鞍山路绿地瀛海大厦西侧租了一间门面房，投资购置了55台[b]Dubo机[/b]，雇佣了被告人张某收取营业款、管理服务人员，开设[b]Dubo机[/b]房，供他人利用[b]Dubo机[/b]进行Dubo，从中渔利。9月1日，公安机关现场收缴赌资46000元。谁知9月15-17日，宗某在取保候审期间，在同一地点又一次投资购置了29台[b]Dubo机[/b]，供他人Dubo。
% a/ o4 q: D0 h( \ b! b8 \ 此次庭审是用简易程序进行审理的。法官宣读了宗某、张某等人在公安机关的供述和辩解。
# a+ H0 M- Y5 T9 ^ H, e0 G, d 宗某说，他购置了[b]彩票娱乐游戏机[/b]、[b]3D动物总动员游戏机[/b]等各色[b][url=http://www.amunion.com/product_list_100.html][color=#0000ff]游戏机[/color][/url][/b]共55台，花费30万元，开设了一家电玩城。这些[b][url=http://www.amunion.com/product_list_100.html][color=#0000ff]游戏机[/color][/url][/b]都有Dubo功能，主要是让顾客出钱上下分来赢利。他平时很少呆在店里，雇佣了张某进行全权管理，招了7名服务员，每天24小时营业。初期经营惨淡，总赢利只有6000元左右。在取保候审期间，因为欠了一屁股债，债主开始讨账，于是买了29台[b]Dubo机[/b]来渔利。
