法制网深圳4月25日电 记者 游春亮 通讯员 董芳 软件公司在经营正规软件开发的同时，还为Dubo网站开发软件，以方便赌客参赌，唐某等四人作为软件公司的工作人员，为Dubo网站开发大量的Dubo软件牟利。记者今天从深圳市福田区检察院了解到，唐某等四人涉嫌开设DC罪被依法提起公诉后，近日，福田区法院已对以唐某等四人作出了有罪判决。4 P6 e( k6 H& p1 x6 ~' }$ Y. b1 G
自2008年11月份开始，香港人唐某作为深圳市冠科软件有限公司的总经理，以深圳市福田区保税区长平商务大厦一房间为办公地点，雇用犯罪嫌疑人曹某、张某、苏某等为技术人员，在开发正规软件业务的同时还为Dubo公司的Dubo网站提供远程服务器接入、软件开发和维护、网络技术支持等服务，并按月收取服务费，进行非法牟利。为Dubo网站开发了跟投系统、注单提示系统、用于提供给客户观察其他赌客的投注情况，或者跟着其他客户投注；另外还有网站理财系统软件，便于Dubo网站轻易核算收入和成本。该公司经营一年多以来，已成功为几个较大的Dubo公司，如大利、新世界等的Dubo网站提供过上述服务，收取服务费人民币30余万元。其中，大利公司涉嫌开设DC一案已于2010年12月由福田区法院一审判决。' r+ }( ~) S9 y
该案中，唐某等四人明知是Dubo网站，而为之提供互联网接入、软件开发、技术支持等服务，收取服务费数额巨大，属于开设DC罪的共犯，依法受到了刑罚处罚。。 |
