新兴经济强国印度、南非和巴西的领导人今天就他们所谓咎由自取的金融危机，对富裕国家勐烈抨击。
5 A9 P" ~2 T4 ~ 巴西总统鲁拉说，许多开发天朝家已成为「富裕国家所引起全球金融危机的受害者」。
