庞氏骗局在我们中国，俗称就是空手套白狼，这句俗语想必大家一听就简而易懂了吧，无非就是皮包公司到处行骗，利用刚来投资者的钱去补老投资者的亏空，意思就是把新来的钱给老投资者发工资，再诱骗新人去吸引别人投资，说到这啊，是不是觉得这和我们熟悉的“chuan xiao” 简直一模一样啊，这么老套的骗术加个外包装大家就分辨不出来了，猴子尚且知道不掉第二个坑呢，你们啊啧啧啧。

而今日热搜的“庞氏骗局”则是Forsage的多层营销（MLM）计划大张旗鼓的说：“我们已经创建了世界上第一个100%去中心化智能合约，我们很牛的，快来加入我们变成时代的百万富翁吧！”
哥们，你也不想想，去中心化喊了这么久，是你说建出来就能建出来的吗？人家web2.0尚且用了10多年时间，去中心化这么革命性的工具不是靠你大声喊出来的，动动我们的小脑筋呀！Forsage平台上很多关于加密货币和区块链的定义都是靠很多不明确的术语堆砌起来的，他们自己恐怕都不懂什么意思，何况我们这些小白鼠呐，不要觉得哇哦好多专业词，好高尚的亚子诶，我就投一点点资，说不定我就是时代的前行者（醒醒吧，乖，我们去洗洗碎）
根据“华尔街见闻”目前美国证券交易委员会SEC指控了11人涉嫌庞氏骗局，其中4人是Forsage创始人，均下落不明，另外三名在社交媒体平台上支持Forsage的美国推广人员和一个名为Crypto Crusaders的团体成员，该团体至少在美国五个州推广过该骗局。
