疑因加价所致 港去年6HC奖金5400万无人认领

中新网9月9日电 据香港经济日报报道，港人因变“失魂”错失小横财情况显著减少。过去一年，香港赛马会无人认领的赛马及6HC彩金降至9900万元(港币，下同)，其中6HC占5400万元，比2009年度大减两成，是自2000年把款项改拨入金多宝彩池后最低，不排除是去年11月6HC彩票加价一倍的“后遗症”。

% U) E8 f& e/ ]( Y9 Z 根据马会现行规定，6HC无人领取奖金会拨入金多宝彩池，成为超级6HC头奖派彩；至于赛马忘记领取的彩金则拨入马会慈善信托基金，惠泽慈善机构。

根据马会公布的最新年报，6HC无人认领的奖金由2009年度6800万元，跌至上年度的5400万元，跌幅20.6%，款项是11年以来最低。

* }, m, Q5 z# V' f0 W 据悉，一如以往上年度6HC无人认领的彩金，大部分属中20元的7奖，未见有逾百万元以上的头奖；根据马会规定，不论6HC或赛马的奖金，一律要在有关搅珠或赛事举行日后计的60天内领取，否则会视作无人认领。 t* B; j2 b: a( R. g3 l
1 x7 W C& h5 W) B% t( r 至于赛马无人认领奖金数目，则出现止跌回升情况，由5100万元增至5500万元，增幅近8%，但此金额与以往介乎5300万至5600万元的水平相若。3 z2 R# R+ o+ g9 c. t
& C% D( E3 A3 f* R( `& i0 V3 w |( o 值得注意的是，6HC无人领取奖金，多年来均高于赛马无人领取奖金，但上年度却出现主次互易情况，可谓极为罕见；而两项合法博彩无人认领奖金总额，亦是多年来首次跌破1亿元大关。1 r/ r% c7 X: w7 i5 z$ g
' e/ a, P% t+ x( i1 c2 O. L 有熟悉马会运作人士估计，6HC无人领取的奖金款项锐减，除了马会所讲更多市民使用电话以及网上投注外，更大可能是和6HC彩票加价有关。

2 }! }7 [+ d! ~% J/ R 马会去年11月把6HC彩票每注金额由5元加至10元，虽令上年度投注额扭转近年跌势，上升7.7%至68.7亿元，但实际上市民购买的注数明显减少，正如以前20元计算机票有4注号码，现在已减至两注。; C) {# C) \1 o
/ l8 C5 O8 N' x6 C 该名人士相信，由于有关彩票下注注数少了，忘记领奖的机会比率亦会相应下调，逾期无人领取奖金金额当然亦一并“缩水”。& a1 k1 a6 S$ {/ m
