女子遭熟人"忽悠"疯狂购彩 投资443万血本无归

一男子号称投资“七星彩”能赚大钱，从十多位港城市民身上募集的500多万投资款全部投进彩票站打了水漂。近日，涉嫌诈骗的犯罪嫌疑人洪某被海港区警方抓获归案。
5 y# C' g0 q5 j2010年12月初，海港公安分局经侦大队接到市民张女士（化名）报案，称其邻居洪某以玩“七星彩”高额返利为诱饵，骗走她443万元，现在人已经消失得无影无踪。
6 @/ Z, A7 S+ G- Z! ~6 R原来，张女士和洪某住在同一个小区，由于是邻居，张女士和洪某比较熟悉，对洪某有一定的信任度。一天，洪某对张女士说有个办法能挣大钱、而且风险小、每月有高额返利。洪某说他的朋友在南方一个城市开彩票站，只要张女士将钱打入彩票站，由其朋友“操盘”便可以赚到大钱。洪某的一番花言巧语让张女士感觉发财梦即将成为现实，于是开始几万几万地往里投钱。

不出半年，张女士在洪某的忽悠下向亲朋好友借钱，总共将443万元陆续“投资”给洪某。让张女士始料未及的是，在张女士所住小区租房住的洪某突然玩起了“失踪”。“这么多钱可都是亲戚们的血汗钱啊，钱没了我可怎么向他们交待啊？”张女士最担心的事情还是发生了。办案民警经过侦查后证实，洪某早已离开秦皇岛不知去向。就在张女士报案的那几天，还有和她一样遭遇的十来个人到海港公安分局刑警大队报案，矛头都指向了洪某，这些人的投入总共加起来也达到100多万元。1 M) c6 S* w- X
6月初，在黑龙江省牡丹江市警方的配合下，民警将隐蔽在一个小县城的洪某抓获。据洪某交代，洪某将从张女士等人手中募集的“投资款”全部投进了南方某地的彩票站，因为运气不好，钱都成了泡影。感觉事情不妙后，洪某仓皇离开了秦皇岛，躲避在牡丹江市某县城不敢出门，生怕有人来找他算账。
