SEC正在对世界第五大加密货币BNB展开调查，意图确定BNB的首次发行是否违反证券规则。

/ c9 M' a6 Q+ U2 w事实上，这已经不是SEC第一次对大型加密货币出手了。早前SEC已经正式起诉了XRP的母公司，理由同样是认为XRP应该纳入证券的监督。

受此消息影响，BNB在美盘时段被大举抛售。而在随后的亚洲开盘时，BNB价格再度坠崖，同时引发整个市场集体暴跌。
, G4 O# Q; X2 z8 V- e( _' U, X! ]目前的加密货币市场中，除了比特币和以太坊需要通过“挖矿”来获取，其他绝大多数的货币都是通过公司“发行”的方式流通至市场当中，其中就包括XRP和BNB。因为流通量更容易被人为操纵，所以投资这类加密货币存在更大的金融风险。

BTC短线支撑30500-30800美元，短线压力32400-33000美元。大饼这几天走势叵具戏剧性，前天高调反弹，昨天回踩，今早又反弹，可谓一波三折。冷风认为这是好事，一是有人折腾了，说明市场活跃度在提高，周一的直播就告诉大家大饼有点越走越强的迹象，但关键要看能不能突破32000-33000这个高压区。二是5日，10日，30日均线在30200美元附近粘合，说明短底出现，昨天早盘10点40分左右在会员提醒大家大饼还会反弹，关键看能不能守住29000-29200美元。结论是大饼会震荡反弹，大家可以低多为主。

ETH短线支撑1750-1800美元，短线压力1900-1950美元。继续跟随大饼节奏在走，暂时没有独立行情。主流币跟随大饼波动，按照大饼节奏操作。 , h- R# W+ O& t# T
' Z* X" W! z* I( w山寨币三个原则，大饼稳，板块热，龙头强。冷风认为山寨币炒作有二点，一是大饼要稳。二是要抓住主线。冷风一再强调，存量资金搏弈，局部式行情，而这局部就是山寨币。冷风的观点已经亮明许久了，在大饼企稳的时候，主力想撬动的还是山寨币，特别是有概念支撑的山寨币。在周一的直播里己经说明了无需赘述。
