2010年12月，福建籍天策沈先生在美国购买实时乐透刮卡中了一百万，尽管被乐透公司告知并无中奖，但坚信个中有诈的沈先生多番投诉未果后求助福建同乡会。

据美国《星岛日报》报道，曾经购买实时乐透幸运赢得25000元的沈先生似乎备受幸运之神眷顾，去年12月购买一新款刮刮乐的他更疑中了头奖一百万，但却被店员收走刮卡，只拿回了5元。坚信个中有诈的他连月来多方投诉不果，于31日像记者叙述了痛失头奖的故事。

0 j9 O7 U5 b) { 沈先生气愤地表示，与媒体早前报道的68岁华翁实时乐透中头奖被骗走刮卡情节几乎一模一样，他的中奖“刮刮乐”卡也被店员收走，只拿回了5元奖金。不过沈先生表示，不同的是，他是在坚尼路一家彩票店购买的，而且兑奖当时，他清楚地看到计算机屏幕出现喷出的礼花，以及听见音箱传来的中奖音乐。2 q: y3 f% e. r
9 W2 @% Z3 L8 s7 X- {' } 沈先生解释，尽管作为一个彩民常常购买乐透，但他当时购买的这款“Loteria”才刚推出市场2个月，因此他并不熟悉玩法，而且这款中奖卡有条形码可过机检测，沈先生于是就放心交由店员处理。怀疑自己已经中了奖的他把刮卡交给店员，中奖卡条形码才刚被扫进计算机，计算机便响起欢快的声音，几乎同时，屏幕喷出了礼花。岂料店员突然神色慌张，立即伸手将计算机声音按小，把刮奖卡紧紧地抓住。几秒过去，突然转头向沈先生说：“中了5元”。) `/ H# `) G: k' M
