2009年6月初的一天，小敏突然想到一个歪主意：抱个孩子给别人领养，然后要点领养费。6月9日，小敏抱着出生不久的儿子准备去其外婆家，出门时看到邻居徐某正抱着2个月大的儿子到处寻找贪玩的女儿，小敏顿时心生一计。

小敏将浩浩托付给亲戚后，便回家探消息了。小敏回家后，发现徐某已经报警，JC正到处寻找浩浩，心里十分害怕。没过多久，小敏的亲戚也发现不对劲，便打电话来质问小敏，小敏坦白了。
! f' Y- ^- Z q7 c 当晚7时许，小敏在亲戚的劝说下，来到了徐某家中，她对徐某谎称说自己亲戚捡到了一个孩子，很可能就是浩浩，让徐某过去认一下。徐某与儿子相认后，起初并没有怀疑小敏，反而一直感谢小敏帮忙。当晚，磐石派出所民警获悉情况后，便将小敏传唤到派出所，面对严肃的民警，心虚的小敏很快就招了。

( I2 p1 G4 R% G5 H2 V 一段时间后，小敏产下一子，再次成为人母的小敏担心继续呆在温州很快就会被JC发现，于是便跟张某要求去其安徽老家带孩子。张某并无怀疑答应了小敏的要求。
% v/ l G: l3 o+ I; G7 `/ x 今年“清网行动”开始后，民警经常到磐石小敏家人的暂住处了解情况。在调查中，民警得知小敏已经化名为“胡某”，并已在近期从打工的工厂离职。
