昨日，攸县公安局披露：成功侦破一起故意杀人案。3 p& P* R$ h# o0 h1 n
6 M2 ^* a* c/ f3 v& \ 21日下午15时40分，村民文剑在攸县酒埠江水库游玩时，发现一具白骨，马上向当地派出所报案。接警后，县公安局民警立即赶赴现场调查取证。

4 ^5 N2 o* y1 O/ B+ E1 q 经过分析和前期调查确认，死者是丫江桥镇盆上村居民王立德，已被害4个多月。碰巧的是，他的女婿李铭在去年11月下旬也失踪了。警方遂怀疑李铭有重大作案嫌疑，后通过技术侦查，发现了其踪迹。22日晚，刑侦大队民警赶到茶陵一网吧将李铭抓获。

原来，李铭先后以开饭店为名向岳父借了3万元，但因嗜好Dubo把钱全输了。2010年11月15日，李铭再次要求岳父借4.5万元，并坦承之前所借3万元因Dubo全输了。岳父王立德同意再借4.5万元给李铭，但前提是当着女儿的面借钱，并要求李铭将Dubo输了3万元一事告知女儿，李铭很不情愿地同意了。

第二天，王立德在信用社取出4.5万元，和李铭沿酒埠江水库去女儿家。途中，李铭再三要求岳父不要将Dubo输钱之事告知妻子，但遭到王立德拒绝。

李铭遂起杀心，趁王立德不注意时，用石块砸打其左侧头部，至王死亡。随后他抢走王身上的全部现金4.7万元，并将王的尸体装进一编织袋内，抛到水库里。案发后，李铭先后逃到邵阳、广西、贵州、云南等地，最后隐匿在茶陵县步行街。
