彩市又现新骗术！骗子利用"中奖彩票"骗公证费

江苏省盐城盐都区秦南镇魏女士在自家院门内捡到一封信函，内容为一张中了“大奖”的“彩票”。经女子母亲、银行职员等人的劝导，才相信是一个骗局，最终放弃汇钱领奖的荒唐想法。% X$ E; t- J, ]2 C0 f
这张“彩票”内容为“为热烈庆祝日株式会社东芝创立130周年、东芝天朝TCH成立十周年”特地举行“有奖广告彩票大赠送”活动，附有一个刮奖区。魏女士小心刮开刮奖区的覆盖膜，标识显示她“中”了二等奖：奖金36万元。
" {8 U3 i% A6 a7 [魏女士在奖票上面看到“东芝集团香港有限公司”的红色印章，地址及兑奖热线是东芝香港有限公司大连分公司，还写有该公司的座机电话号码。魏女士拨通该电话后，接电话的是名女子，在询问了序列号、验证号后，称这张彩票“确实中了36万元现金”。. X! z4 y- [$ C4 V3 t$ n
接电话女子告诉魏女士，如不能来到大连实地领取奖金，而要汇款奖金的话，必须先要将3600元的公证费汇到指定的农行借记卡账户上。$ H. h( ]. O' E6 Q1 O& i
当天下午，魏女士来到盐都农行秦南分理处要求办理无卡存款，但其在大堂内躲躲闪闪的异常举动引起了大堂经理王兆荣的注意。不一会，一名妇女匆匆赶来，对魏某大喊：“不准汇，这可能是骗子！”原来是魏某母亲赶来阻止汇款。
. b( w8 X9 p* P m3 {2 O王兆荣了解详情后，告诉魏女士是一场骗局，但魏某坚决不信。银行职员将对方用于诈骗的银行卡明细打印出来，向魏女士解释：该卡开户行在暴，不在大连，一旦钱打进卡，骗子几分钟内在全国任一取款机可以将钱全部取出。最终，魏女士认识到了自己犯了一个“低级错误”，表示以后再也不相信天上掉馅饼的好事了。 |
