: |! s9 {( z, P; J& k) O8 v从本月10日到12日，仅三天时间就有以上这三起和彩票有关的刑事案件见诸报端。如果说这些犯罪分子罪有应得的话，那么4月10日武汉晚报《孝昌女子遗失一张“必中”彩票 精神异常不吃不喝》的报道，更多的则是让人痛心。

4 t8 y' k6 j4 i/ Z# W近年来，关于“是否应该大力发展我国彩票业”的争论从来没有停止过。争论中一个焦点问题就是:“彩票业的发展带来了很多社会问题，甚至很多人因此触犯法律。” 但平心静气地想一想，任何一个行业的发展都会带来这样那样的问题。彩民因彩而痴、而狂、而犯罪，错不在彩票而在彩民的心态。如文中开头提到的这些事件的主角，都有一个共同的特点，就是希望通过买彩票中大奖，只想一夜暴富，不想脚踏实地，最终搞到精神失常甚至不惜走上犯罪的道路。
