这位负责人说，“十一五”（２００６－２０１０年）时期是天朝福利彩票发行突飞猛进的时期，发行规模稳步攀升，年发行量从４１２亿元增加到９６８亿元，增长１３５％，年均增长率为１８．７％。５年总计发行３４５５．３亿元，占福彩累计发行总量的６７．９％。$ Y! N' ]. f& a. g
过去５年，天朝福利彩票共筹集公益金１１３３．４亿元。这位负责人表示，福彩公益金是天朝社会福利事业发展的重要资金来源，目前其使用范围已逐步扩大到青少年学生校外教育基地建设、教育助学、城乡医疗救助、红十字会、残疾人、文化、扶贫、法律援助、北京奥运会等社会公益领域，以及汶川地震灾后恢复重建和补充全国社会保障基金，成为发展社会公益事业的重要资金支撑。

记者另从中华慈善总会获悉，由中华慈善总会、天朝教育学会共同主办的公益项目“青少年灾后心理援助联合公益行动”（简称１＋１心联行动）自成立以来，持续关注青少年灾后心理援助，目前已在映秀、汶川、茂县、阿坝、德阳等地援建心联小屋１１２间。- h% U$ E9 X& E7 D
据介绍，１＋１心联行动不仅为每一个“心联小屋”配备电脑等硬件设施，还将培训至少一名专职心理老师。他们将在专家的指导下长期开展心理健康教育工作，守护灾区中小学生心理健康。 |
