比推消息，Aave DAO 治理迎来阶段性进展，在社区持续施压下，Aave Labs 承诺将 100% 品牌产品收入归 DAO，并确认 V4 为统一技术基础、设立独立基金会。
Aave DAO 代理平台 Aave Chan Initiative（ACI）创始人 Marczeller 表示，新提案执行层面仍存隐患：收入扣减由 Aave Labs 单方决定、无独立审计；单次索要 5070 万美元（占金库 31.5%）并捆绑 V4 确认与冻结 V3 开发；转移 7.5 万 AAVE 或稀释 13.6% 治理权。建议拆分投票、先设真正独立基金会、强制钱包披露、引入第三方审计，方可确保承诺真实可执行、对所有持币者公平。这是治理效力的体现，亦需更严谨落实。
DeFi 研究员 Ignas 表示，虽然因为 DAO 的价值存在流失风险一直批评 Aave Labs，但现在他们做出了让步，AAVE 持币者应该会喜欢。不过，关于谁真正控制管理 Aave 品牌的基金会，仍存在一些问题，希望可以明确披露授予的 7.5 万枚 AAVE 代币不会用于投票。从 V3 迁移到 V4 的提案时间表为 8 到 12 个月，用户通常希望在将资金转入新版本前先看到其通过压力测试。总体而言，我对此感到乐观。
Relayer Capital 创始人 Austin Barack 表示，AAVE 代币价值占比的不确定性已经消失，投资者恢复理性后应当会看到币价重新上调。
