加密货币交易所币安美国(Binance.US)在今年6月遭到美国证券交易委员会(SEC)突击起诉后不久即宣布，其合作的银行支付伙伴将于6月13日暂停对该交易所美元出入金管道的支持，被迫暂停美元出入金。

在更新后的使用条款中，币安美国明确表示用户无法再直接从该平台提取美元，替代性解决方案是：如果客户希望从账户中提取美元资金，他们可以通过将美元资金兑换为稳定币或其他数字资产，然后再将资金提取出来。

据了解，联邦存款保险公司(FDIC)于1933年大萧条后成立，旨在保护美国公民在银行倒闭时不会损失一定金额的资金。但币安美国此次更新后的使用条款显示：您的账户和数字资产不符合FDIC保险保护的资格。
