對於幣圈而言，2022 到 2023 年可說是加密行業面臨了前所未有的危機，同樣受到宏觀經濟影響，加以一系列項目、交易所暴雷倒閉，，從知名巨頭到新創公司均受到不同程度衝擊。知名加密企業如 Coinbase、Blockchain.com、Crypto.com、Circle、Dapper Labs 等相繼在 2023 年進行不等程度的裁員或是人員變動。 據 CoinMarketCap 發表的行業研究報告指出，2023 年第二季度排名前 20 的加密貨幣交易所現貨交易總額為 1.67 兆美元，較第一季下降 36%，報告稱這反映加密貨幣交易市場活躍度趨緩。另一方面，隨著美國當局對加密貨幣行業的監管力度加大，我們可以看到 2023 年第三季度的交投更見疲軟，據 The Block 追蹤超過 30 家交易平台的統計數據，7 月到 9 月的月交易量每況月下。日趨嚴格的監管環境，讓行業面臨前所未有的挑戰，同時，也考驗著企業經營者如何帶領組織度過這個漫長且艱辛的漫漫寒冬。  CoinMarketCap 發表的行業研究報告指出，2023 年第二季度排名前 20 的加密貨幣交易所現貨交易總額為 1.67 兆美元，較第一季下降 36%。
