中西赌王再掀骂战
$ f6 E2 f; g+ A5 B虽然澳门6家娱乐城营运商终于「求同存异」地在上月组成博彩商会，但一向闹不和的两位中西「赌王」——澳BO主席何鸿燊，以及拉斯维加金沙集团主席兼行政总裁艾德森之间的争拗，却没有因此平息。早前何鸿燊于地产商新春团拜上，公开呼吁「对这些外商唔好太过客气」，昨日艾德森接受《华尔街日报》时直斥，何鸿燊的言论将对金沙在澳门业务造成影响，并会惹来强烈回响。
/ ?# _5 V4 n5 B9 {艾德森指出，相信是因为金沙在澳门的市场份额愈佔愈多，使何鸿燊变得失常，但何鸿燊的「反美」言论，只会惹来强烈回响，令在澳门经营的美资娱乐城情况更差。「你永远不知道他的说话有多大的影响。」艾德森说。本报昨天向澳BO的发言人查询此事，但至截稿时未获回覆。9 [, W6 \ u! f. h
早前澳门《市民日报》报道，何鸿燊呼吁澳门地产商「对这些外商唔好太过客气」，又直言「要秉持爱国爱澳嘅精神，我们同声同气，同舟共济，一于大家合作，唔畀嗰啲外商虾我哋。」

是次骂战的导火线，源于金沙自去年底陷入财困，有传金沙计划将旗下四季酒店服务式住宅，包装成豪宅出售套现。不过，这个消息引起澳门地产商围攻，指金沙当年以「博彩业营运者」身分以低价得到大幅地皮，如今却藉此出售套现，构成不公平竞争。
5 L' v1 G/ v" @3 F6 e对此，金沙亚洲区总裁韦建宏早前回应指出，四季住宅式酒店将不会被分拆成具有独立业权的单位出售。早前该公司公布业绩时亦表示，已委託高盛出售澳门威尼斯人运河购物中心和四季酒店，后者将以股份形式出售，至今已收到多份国际买家的意向书，相信短期内会签约。
* O& Q$ A2 T5 H8 s$ u0 B3 ~4 x3 O事实上，两位「赌王」积怨已非首次。自从澳门02年开放赌权，美资大财团金沙于澳门开设第一间娱乐城便开始，已经年届75岁的艾德森及87岁的何鸿燊均「火药味」十足，前者以掠夺者的姿态，曾高调表示，市场佔有率要在3年内超逾澳BO，后者亦不甘示弱，多次出言嘲讽，至去年底金沙陷入财困，何鸿燊更曾直指金沙「乜架都丢清」（见表）。0 U7 G% R" }( j) m) o( X" D
不过，「商场没有永远敌人」，韦建宏早前代表金沙，出席博彩营运商会会议，最后更组成商会，由何鸿燊担任主席。 |
