2022年7月29日上午，2022开放原子全球开源峰会区块链分论坛于北京亦创国际会展中心成功举办。本次活动由百度超级链承办，联通数科、趣链、树图链等协办，中国电子技术标准化研究院区块链研究室主任李鸣、百度区块链总经理肖伟、北京大学计算机学院教授、区块链研究中心主任陈钟等嘉宾出席了本次论坛。 * I- d8 u, |! i. q) b

在论坛上，与会嘉宾讨论了中国元宇宙和区块链技术发展现状、Web3应用、区块链在司法领域的应用、NFT数字藏品等诸多话题，我国如何在元宇宙时代建立起数字经济的范式、区块链技术和NFT应用的合规性等议题成为嘉宾关注的焦点。

" ?# J9 |% ? ?! ]7 c6 |4 N李鸣表示，Web3.0目前是一系列关于原则和机制的要求，未来则可能成为新的互联网范式。Web3的机制将结合新一代的信息技术提供信息服务，而元宇宙则将构建一个大的新的场景促进信息消费。他还指出，目前国内元宇宙业界相比国外缺乏类似Epic的Unreal引擎这样的制作引擎层，如果缺乏这一部分的话，将对十年二十年之后中国的整个元宇宙产业构成非常大的挑战。对于元宇宙产业的发展，他的建议是，首先要统一全产业的共识，第二要探索技术集成的方法，第三要进行应用场景的创新，第四要加强科技伦理的治理。

* h2 X) I0 L4 `1 Y/ {/ g- k陈钟表示，为了使我国在元宇宙、Web3.0的创新中走在前列，基于联盟区块链的数字身份、经济系统、三维空间、基础设施的建设应该引起业界产业界更多的关注。中国要在Web3.0时代做出引领性的创新，必须在治理上有突破，而这一突破的关键是推动区块链“工具性”、“治理性”的双轮驱动。

在此次峰会分论坛上，开放原子开源基金会品牌发展部副部长张恒、工作组代表百度区块链总经理肖伟、知链科技CEO刘全宝、盛见科技CEO潘东还一同宣布了XuperCore开源工作组的正式成立。 $ r5 v( B. L( R! W! r/ z5 p+ |8 N( m9 i
/ j' D2 }$ n4 ?+ {% D

3 N3 L. y2 h6 z2 \. J- d5 \据了解，XuperCore即为百度超级链的内核技术，在2020年10月开放原子开源基金会区块链工作组成立大会上正式发布。百度超级链XuperChain定位为新一代区块链操作系统，而XuperCore从XueprChain中分离独立发展，是整个操作系统的根基。肖伟表示，百度超级链“不是一条链”，XuperCore用来是帮助企业和开发者定义自己的链。 6 f* `, U- i* A5 e6 G7 N$ l

肖伟表示，XuperCore项目成立之初没有成立工作组，有些理想化，而现在需要有一个抓手和目标为止奋斗，那就是把XuperCore打造成为成国内乃至世界领先一流的开源技术解决方案。为此他们团结了客户、开发者和志愿者一起成立了工作组来将事情做得更好。

盛见科技CEO潘东则表示，希望从监管合规的要求下，在开源基金会的指导下与百度这样的厂商，去真正在国内推动大规模区块链基础设施的建设。
