美国证管会(SEC)对去年已申请破产的加密货币借贷平台Celsius Networks的重组计划

SEC在9月22日针对Celsius近期的重组计划，向美国纽约南区破产法院提出有限的反对和权利保留。Celsius8 f* ?* t: q* q) h% p/ D4 l
Networks这项重组计划早在8月15日就已提交，目前为第四版，此前在3月提交的初步计划并未准许。+ B) O( g- J+ Z
重组计划的增补内容提出一项与Coinbase的分销服务(Distribution Services)协议，Celsius寻求秘密提交信息给
9 G% l3 s0 G+ r* h# `' q" Z4 {3 {法院而不成为公共纪录。然而，SEC对此提出反对，理由是这项交易可能要求Coinbase在提供服务时，远远超过3 i* ~8 Q% J! [% K
分销机构提供服务的范围，也就是SEC在6月向Coinbase提出民事告诉中，涉及问题的相关服务。
