比推消息， 360 集团创始人周鸿祎在个人自媒体中表示，太子集团陈志案中的比特币迁移发生在 2020 年，正是特朗普第一任期时发生的事，2021 年拜登就职后，美国发现这些币来路不明并没有立刻行动公开占为己有，而是让资产长期处于技术可控的沉寂状态，直到 2025 年特朗普再次上任，美国政府才顺势公开宣称查扣的这些资产，但蹊跷的是，根据美国政府起诉陈志的法律文书来看，美国在窃取这些数字财产之前并没有美国公民遭到电信诈骗，成为此案的受害者，这就像先射箭再找靶，说的更具体一点，就是美国已经形成了“攻击、收割、取证”的完美闭环。更讽刺的是 2025 年 10 月 8 日，美国司法部公布起诉书后，美国国内冒出了多个所谓的受骗者索赔团体，但深入分析发现这些索赔者都是 2020 年 5 月至 2022 年 8 月的电诈受骗者，时间和资产流向完全对不上这批比特币。也就是说这批比特币早在 2020 年 12 月就被黑客盗走了，跟这些所谓美国内的受骗者根本没有任何关系，所谓的受害者不过是用来给“合法没收”，搭建人证的背景板，而整份起诉书本身更是漏洞百出，属于典型的东拼西凑，比如起诉书中的“手机墙”图片实际上却是 2023 年 3 月，我们中央电视台 315 晚会曝光网络水军团伙的犯罪工具，图中的凳子都是国内常见常用的，这种张冠李戴的低级错误，暴露的不仅是取证环节的粗糙，更是将打击犯罪作为幌子，掩盖资产掠夺本质的真实意图，所以说国家级攻击最可怕的不是突破一次，而是长期潜伏，长期控制，一旦规则和执法条件具备整个动作可以一气呵成，你以为他在打击犯罪，实际上很多时候是在把别人的资产变成自己的“战略储备”。
