纽交所母公司 ICE（Intercontinental Exchange）最近对加密货币的兴趣远比前几年高涨，先是投了 Polymarket 20 亿美金，把预测市场龙头的估值推到了 90 亿美金，马上投进加密交易平台 OKX，让这家华语地区最熟悉的交易平台之一的估值达到约 250 亿美元。

OKX 马上要到美国上市，这已经不是新闻，ICE 的这笔投资，再加上不久后的美国上市，正如《财富》所说，OKX 从一家东亚离岸交易平台，即将成功转型为一家在美国合规经营的全球交易枢纽。+ }" r4 a) a' X- s- \4 d/ V2 C( l

简单来说，美国，将是 OKX 的新家。* V# J9 t, K0 |7 i f0 w+ B

" M3 k5 `5 @% s4 ^0 N3 U- A这件事情有意思的点在于，美国，这个全球最大交易平台 Binance 基本完全空白的市场，已经开始有几个巨头，准备大干一场。% _" P1 @& X0 j! W; Y

Coinbase，美国目前的交易平台绝对首位，有了贝莱德的加持，CEO 已经硬到可以硬刚全行业。

Kraken，合规交易平台的老二，传第一季度 IPO。

2025 年交易平台的数据整理，OKX 的 250 亿美金，看起来似乎并不贵。

Coinbase 现货交易量和 OKX 差不多，但合约交易量基本没有，市值 550 亿美金，是 OKX 的一倍。

Kraken 在现货和合约量上都是被 OKX 吊打的水平，估值 200 亿，只比 OKX 估值低 20%；Upbit 虽然是韩国最大，但也没有合约板块，赚钱能力看起来远不如 OKX，估值 107 亿美金，OKX 估值是 Upbit 的一倍多。

显然，数据上看起来，250 亿低估了，公开数据显示的用户量，OKX 已经是最多的，这还基本上没有美国用户，看 Coinbase 和 Kraken 的用户量，OKX 理论上还有数千万新用户可以开拓。: l% H# \0 c! o4 f8 ?+ f

也就是说，美国股市即将迎来一个用户量即将是 Coinbase 的 2 倍，总体交易量远大于 Coinbase，但估值只有 Coinbase 一半的交易平台。

目前还不知道 OKX 的上市时间，从 Polymarket 上看起来，今年上市基本够呛。之前有一些小道消息，说 OKX 的上市时间可能会到 2028 年，希望那会是一个对加密货币来说远比现在有希望的年份。

有没有希望取决于叙事，这也是 ICE 这笔投资看重的地方，报道里称，这笔投资旨在推动基于区块链的股票交易业务发展，也就是股票代币化。
